When and where is the 2026 WEMSA Conference?
The 2026 WEMSA Conference is being held February 3rd - 7th. Precon workshops will be held the first two days, and the following three days will be lectures. The Expo will open Wednesday evening (February 4th) and close Friday afternoon (February 6th).
The 2026 Student Day, a dedicated day for high schoolers interested in EMS or other health careers will be Friday, February 6th.

Do I have to pick my class sessions ahead of time?
Do I have to pick my class sessions ahead of time?
No, you are not required to pick your class sessions ahead of time, but it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Some classes and workshops may have limited capacities and by picking your session ahead of time, you ensure your spot in the class. Additionally, it assists us in ensuring that rooms are large enough and have enough chairs to accommodate the number of individuals attending each session.

Breakfast
A light breakfast of muffins, fruit, yogurt etc. and coffee will be provided every morning for all attendees and speakers. Most of the hotels also provide a continental breakfast.
Lunch
Lunch will be provided for all attendees and speakers, and will be served buffet style. Ceremony Guests and Expo Pass ONLY individuals will not be provided lunch, but lunch can be purchased at the line. Times and locations for lunch will be coming soon.
Dinner

To maintain a professional and focused environment, our conference is open only to registered attendees. We appreciate your understanding in this matter, as it helps us ensure a high-quality experience for all participants.
However, we recognize the essential role of service animals and warmly welcome them to assist our attendees as needed.
What is WEMSA's Cancellation Policy?
What is WEMSA's Cancellation Policy?
All cancellations or refunds will be subjected to a 50% cancellation fee of the total canceled registration or the amount being refunded for changed registrations. Registration changes will be at the pricing based on the date of the registration or registration change. All cancellations and/ or refunds must be submitted in writing to wemsa@wisconsinems.com for processing. No refunds will be provided after December 31, 2024.
You may transfer your conference registration to another unregistered individual. Please contact wemsa@wisconsinems.com and include the name and email address of the person replacing you if this is an option you would like to pursue!

Public Wi-Fi or wireless internet access is available in the Resch Expo. The Wi-Fi is called "Resch Expo" and there is no password required to access it.

Daily conference attire is casual to business casual for our attendees. Please dress however you feel comfortable, however coconuts and a hula skirt are not recommended as it is February in Wisconsin! 😄
We do recommend attendees to bring layers, as room temperatures may fluctuate. We will have an area set aside to hang your coat that will be located near the registration desk on the lower level of the Resch Expo. However, please note that this coat racks will not be staffed. Neither the Wisconsin EMS Association nor the Resch Expo are liable for any missing items. Please leave all valuables in your hotel room, on your person, or at home!
