We are pleased to share that WEMSA 2026 Conference certificates are now available in the Surveys Portal.

If you completed your required class session surveys, you may now log in to access and download your certificate at:

https://surveys.wisconsinems.com

If you indicated that you would like NAAC credit for applicable classes, your NAAC certificate is also available within the Surveys Portal.

 

If you notice that a class is missing from your certificate, one of the following may have occurred:

• You may not have been scanned into the session, which would not have generated a survey.

• You may have an outstanding survey that was not completed.

 

If this is the case, please either:

• Complete the outstanding survey AND notify us via email so we can generate an updated certificate, or

• Reach out to wemsa@wisconsinems.com so we can review your attendance record for any missing classes.

 

Additionally, all applicable classes will be in your NREMT renewal portal in the NREMT database soon to assist with streamlined national license renewal. If you have questions on how to import those classes, click here to watch a YouTube tutorial video on how to do so.
