David Stine is the Sales Director for Prehospital Care at Hamilton Medical and a U.S. Air Force veteran with more than 20 years of combined experience in military medicine, emergency medical services, and strategic market development. He leads national initiatives to advance the adoption of the HAMILTON-T1 ventilator across EMS, hospital-based transport, and Department of Defense medicine—bridging clinical needs with field-ready technology.

Throughout his career, David has worked alongside EMS systems, flight programs, and military medical teams to develop scalable solutions for airway management and mechanical ventilation in complex operational environments. His background includes leadership roles in the Air National Guard’s Special Operations community, where he managed mission support, logistics, and clinical readiness for deployed medical teams.

He is passionate about aligning innovation with real-world applications helping healthcare teams simplify deployment of advanced ventilation strategies, reduce cognitive load in high-stress settings, and improve outcomes for critically ill and injured patients in both civilian and military environments.
