Jason Selwitschka, MS, CCEMTP, is a healthcare leader with more than three decades of experience spanning emergency medical services, trauma systems, and hospital emergency management. He currently serves as Program Manager for Graduate Medical Education at ThedaCare, where he is building the foundation for a new Transitional Year residency program in Wisconsin's Fox Valley.
A Critical Care Paramedic and longtime American Heart Association instructor, Jason has spent his career at the intersection of clinical care, education, and preparedness — coordinating regional trauma systems, leading multi-agency disaster exercises, and mentoring the next generation of providers. He served for more than a decade as a Regional Trauma Advisory Council coordinator and as a regional emergency management officer for one of the state's largest hospital networks.
A trained peer counselor in Critical Incident Stress Management, Jason is a passionate advocate for first responder mental health and resilience. He holds a Master of Science in Leadership, Emergency Management, and Homeland Security from Grand Canyon University.
