Dr. Miotke is a staff burn surgeon at the Burn Center at Regions Hospital. He earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Virginia and a master's degree in mathematics from Oregon State University prior to attending medical school at Georgetown University. He completed his seven-year general surgery residency at the University of Minnesota in 2019 which included a two-year burn research fellowship at the Regions Burn Center. He completed a burn and critical care fellowship at Shriners Hospital for Children and UC Davis in Sacramento, California. He has several abstracts and presentations that have been presented at national conferences.
