Traci Tauferner is an athletic trainer and the director of Advanced Tactical Medicine. With nearly 20 years of experience in athletic training, she has worked extensively with EMS, law enforcement, fire services, and military personnel to develop evidence-based recovery strategies that reduce injury risks and enhance career longevity.
A Wisconsin Army National Guard veteran and recipient of the Sergeant Audie Murphy Award, Traci applies a tactical and trauma-informed approach to workforce health. She is a licensed athletic trainer, strength and conditioning specialist, and modern cupping therapy practitioner, with certifications in peer support, crisis intervention, trauma-informed weightlifting, cranial-sacral therapy, and mental health first aid instruction.
Recognized internationally for her contributions to public safety wellness, Traci is a dedicated advocate for integrating sports medicine techniques into public safety operations.
