Alan joined WEMSA in 2018 as the Sales & Marketing Director and was promoted to Executive Director in 2020. He is currently a Doctoral Student pursuing a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration (DHA). He holds a Masters in Healthcare Administration (MHA) and a Masters in Marketing (MS). He is a registered lobbyist for the Wisconsin EMS Association and is the liaison for all matters on EMS advocacy, legislation, and outreach. Alan provides guidance and consultancy to EMS agencies and municipalities across Wisconsin.
