                                Description
Sure, we were taught to recognize STEMIs. But these four patterns are NOT STEMIs and need to be recognized and addressed immediately. We will investigate these ECG patterns presented by our chest pain patients. Our early recognition may be the driving force that brings the patient early, lifesaving intervention. Case presentations and clear ECG criteria with ample opportunity to practice is included in this vivid and scholarly presentation. Attendee/Presenter interaction is encouraged.

At the end of this session, the participants will be able to:
1. Identify ECGs that depict likely Wellens’ Syndrome
2. Identify ECGs that depict likely de Winter’s pattern
3. Identify ECGs that depict likely left main coronary stenosis
4. Identify ECGs that depict likely posterior myocardial infarction
5. Describe the appropriate action to take when the above patterns are recognized
