See Something, Say Something - Be an Advocate
Date & Time

Description

During this session, we will talk about the topic most of us do not want to even think about. Unfortunately, child abuse is around us constantly and we as prehospital providers have the opportunity to recognize and report this unthinkable action. Even if we are unsure, if we think there is abuse present, report it! We will review case studies and discuss different signs to look for so that we may advocate for our most vulnerable age group.

Accreditation: While all 2026 WEMSA Conference class sessions are CAPCE accredited (and thereby usable CEUs for State AND NREMT relicensing purposes), some of our courses have also been approved for NAAC CEU credits.
