Andrea Cole, NRP, is a nationally experienced EMS leader, educator, and speaker who has dedicated more than 30 years to advancing the profession from the street to the executive level. With a rare blend of frontline clinical experience and high-level leadership, she has served in critical roles spanning communications, safety and risk management, human resources, education, and national operations, including oversight of Department of Defense EMS contract start-ups.
