Robert Kelsall, NRAEMT, is a Learning & Development Specialist with Marshfield Clinic Health System and serves as an Advanced EMT Lieutenant with Colfax Rescue in Colfax, Wisconsin. He is also a member of the Wisconsin EMS Board Rural EMS Subcommittee, where he works alongside EMS leaders to address challenges facing rural EMS systems throughout Wisconsin.

Robert has experience in EMS education, quality improvement, recruitment, grant writing, and leadership development. He remains an active rural EMS provider and is passionate about strengthening the Advanced EMT profession, improving interdisciplinary teamwork, and developing sustainable EMS systems for rural communities.

Drawing from both frontline experience and educational leadership, Robert combines practical case studies with interactive discussion to provide attendees with strategies they can immediately apply within their own agencies.
