Mark Schwartz is a 17 year veteran of the fire and EMS profession. He has served as Chief of the Bloomer Ambulance for the past 10 years and as the Director of Fire/EMS Training at Chippewa Valley Technical College for the past 8 years. He also serves as the Training and Safety Officer for the Bloomer Fire Department. He has worked for volunteer, career fire based, and hospital based EMS systems.

Mark holds an Associate Degree in Fire/Medic from Chippewa Valley Technical College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Fire and Emergency Response Management from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh. He is a national registered paramedic and a certified Fire and Emergency Services Instructor II.
