Chanse Kaczmarski has served in EMS for 30 years, beginning as a volunteer EMT-Basic and EMT-Intermediate in 1995 before becoming a paramedic in 2001. He currently serves as Paramedic Lieutenant with Fitch-Rona Emergency Medical Service in Fitchburg, Wisconsin. Alongside his EMS career, Chanse is a certified Wisconsin law enforcement officer, serving as a Police Officer with the Village of New Glarus since 2015, and has over 20 years in the fire service as a Fire Fighter and Deputy Chief with the Belleville Fire Department. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Fire and Emergency Management from Purdue Global University and is a Wisconsin-certified EMS Instructor. Chanse currently serves as Vice President of the WEMSA Board of Directors, having previously served as Immediate Past President, and brings a broad, cross-disciplinary perspective on public safety shaped by his experience across EMS, fire, and law enforcement.
