Description

Every employee with a smartphone has the potential to influence public trust in your organization. Social media has become one of the most powerful, and misunderstood, communication tools facing EMS agencies today. From employee conduct and patient privacy to crisis response, recruitment, and community engagement, leaders must understand both the risks and opportunities. This session explores real-world examples and practical strategies for navigating today's social media landscape while protecting organizational reputation and strengthening public confidence.

Accreditation: While all 2027 WEMSA Conference class sessions are CAPCE accredited (and thereby usable CEUs for State AND NREMT relicensing purposes), some of our courses have also been approved for NAAC CEU credits.
