Feedback is one of the most powerful tools EMS educators, training officers, and preceptors have to shape the next generation of providers. Yet, poorly delivered feedback can discourage learners and undermine their confidence. This session focuses on turning feedback into a growth tool, emphasizing strategies that motivate, correct, and build resilience in EMS students and workforce members. With an emphasis on real-world classroom, clinical, and field training settings, participants will leave with practical methods to deliver feedback that supports both immediate learning and long-term professional development.
Accreditation: While all 2026 WEMSA Conference class sessions are CAPCE accredited (and thereby usable CEUs for State AND NREMT relicensing purposes), some of our courses have also been approved for NAAC CEU credits.
