Exhibitor Registration is Open

Click HERE to go to your exhibitor registration portal. If you exhibited at our January 2019 event, you can search your company name after you've chosen a booth location. If not, you will need to enter in all of the required information.

Company Listing

Company Name and Booth Number with accompanying Exposition Hall map will be listed in our conference brochure.

Deadline to have your company listed in the conference brochure as an exhibitor is 10/15/19.

Exhibitor Badges

All exhibitors are required to clearly display the official WEMSA 2019 Exhibitor badge, which allows access into the Exhibit Hall. Exhibitors are allowed unlimited badges for their company personnel, there is no cost for booth personnel or guests. Invited guests can register as a guest for FREE to view our Exposition Hall.

Event Schedule

Standard Booths

Standard Booths include a full carpeted booth space, 1x 8' skirted table, 2x chairs, pipe and drape, and identification sign.

(Each Additional Booth Space comes with a set of 1x 8' skirted table and 2x chairs)

(Additional tables & chairs must be rented directly through out Booth & Display provider, Valley Expo & Displays.)

Vehicle/ Helicopter Booths

Vehicle & Helicopter Booths include a full carpeted booth space, 1x 8' skirted table, 2x chairs, pipe and drape, and identification sign.

(Vehicle & Helicopter Booths can rent additional tables and chairs directly from WEMSA.)

Exhibitors get 2 FREE Lunches (Friday & Satuday) for up to 2 Booth Personnel included with their booth at no additional cost.

(additional lunches may be purchased for extra booth personnel)

Electricity is $50 per booth space or per vehicle for standard electricity. Additional levels of electricity are available through the Exhibitor Kit.

Have a Kalahari Refreshmen Counter placed next to or near your booth for added traffic.

3' x 3' Floor Graphic

$200 - Placed at desired location

WEMSA will print a high-quality 3' x 3' floor graphic and place it at your desired location at the venue. Company is responsible for design.

Attendee T-Shirt Logo

$250 - Small Logo                     /  $750 - Large Logo

Get your logo on over 1,000 Attendee T-Shirts that will be handed out to the first 1,000 Attendees. Limited logo spots available. Small and Large Logo sizes.

Conference Attendee List**

Get our attendee contact list to reach out and reconnect with individuals you met with at our event. This must be purchased with a booth or sponsorship and can not be purchased by itself.
